We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Assistants to join our team immediately. As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Matric or Equivalent
