Key Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring complete satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries. Accurately process orders, handle transactions, and manage customer accounts using our CRM system. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling that add value for the customer while achieving business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:

A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations. Adept at building rapport quickly with diverse individuals over phone, email, or in-person interactions. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.. A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about new products or services.
