Customer Sales Consultant
Job Description
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer sales service and support to clients in person.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate proactively with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and act on opportunities to boost sales performance.
- Provide customers with accurate and thorough product information.
- Stay informed about all company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Must possess the Umalusi Matric Certificate or an NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Maintain flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
