Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer sales service and support to clients in person.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate proactively with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and act on opportunities to boost sales performance.
Provide customers with accurate and thorough product information.
Stay informed about all company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:
Must possess the Umalusi Matric Certificate or an NQF Level 4 equivalent.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Maintain flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
