Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
An energetic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to lead a team of six Client Relationship Coordinators in a dynamic, high-paced work environment. This is a key leadership role where you'll drive service excellence, build strong client relationships, and keep your team focused, positive, and motivated.
Duties:
Lead and inspire a team of 6 Client Relationship Coordinators
Oversee daily operations on online platforms and ticketing systems
Manage and coordinate project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor and guide the handling of job cards and service tickets
Conduct regular client meetings (weekly and monthly)
Proactively resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
Optimise resource usage and operational efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in a customer/client-facing role
2+ years' managerial or supervisory experience
Strong background in client service and coordination
Experience in a Contact Centre environment (advantageous)
Exposure to project management (beneficial)
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay calm under pressure
Remuneration:
Salary: R35,000 basic (based on experience) plus benefits
