We're on the lookout for an experience Customer Relations Lead for our Call Centre Business Unit to be based in JHB North.

As a Customer Relations Lead, you will be responsible for :

  • Administration

  • 4xe2x80x935 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a Call Centre environment and with first line management
  • Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
  • Computer hardware and software knowledge
