Customer Experience Agents | Cape Town CBD | R8,000 - R10,000 Start!

?Are you an articulate individual looking for a stable, high-energy role in the heart of Cape Town? We are urgently hiring Customer Experience Agents to join our team in the CBD, with a guaranteed start date of 1 December 2025.
?-Inbound (Voice and chat)
-Matric = High School Diploma/NQF4
-Night shift allowance? Transport.- both to be confirmed
-CT CBD
-1 yr CX exposure
-interviewing and typing test -45+
-Factor bonus
-Cx- health sector
?
?Experience: Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or retail environment is highly beneficial.
?Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
