07:00 - 15:30Duties:
Handle some customer queries Fica customer accounts Reporting and working with excel Must be able to work in a team Handle payout and review player accounts Must be able to speak and write in English Another language/s is beneficial Handle query escalations Administration/ Cashier/ Call center experience is beneficial Prior experience with the Betting Industry is Beneficial Some weekend shifts are expected
