Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our Sales Customer Care team. The roles entail following structured workflows and engaging with clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination to convert leads and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications and Experience
1 year of prior experience in a customer service role involving telephonic communications
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transport

Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written); additional language proficiency is advantageous
Proficiency in modern technology and systems
Strong customer service aptitude
