SUMMARY:
An Industry Leading Health and Hygiene company are looking for an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join their team.On-site | Permanent | up to R17 000pm | Cape TownPOSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Planning of monthly & daily activities on app
- Visit base customers monthly & quarterly
- Conduct surveys & attend meetings
- Prospecting & conducting of needs & analysis
- Follow-up on customer queries & ensure after-sales services
- All paperwork / admin that goes with the above mentioned actions
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote the image of the Company
- 2-3 year's customer & sales experience
- Grade 12 and Sales and Marketing Qualification
