Key Accountable Responsibilities:
Implement an exceptionally high standard of customer care at every interaction with potential or existing clients.
Ensure that SLAs are adhered to in client query resolution
Ensure that the quality control of every interaction with the clients is as per the standard set.
Demonstrate innovation through recommendations of improving customer service levels
Competency and qualification requirements:
Minimum: Grade 12
Customer Care experience
2 years' experience Micro finance industry
