Minimum Requirements
Matric or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience preferred (call centre or retail environment advantageous)
Basic computer literacy
Familiarity with email, chat platforms, and CRM systems
Basic knowledge of Google reviews and online customer engagement
Proficiency in English
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer and store queries

Respond to customer and store queries via email, WhatsaApp and live chat platforms
Monitor and respond to Google reviews and escalate concerns where necessary
Log and track customer and store interactions using internal systems
