The Curtain & Blinds Installer is responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of curtains, blinds, tracks, rods, and related window decor products at clients' homes or business premises. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage on-site challenges professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Install curtains, blinds, rods, tracks, and other window treatment systems safely and neatly.
Take precise measurements on-site for custom orders.
Inspect installation areas and troubleshoot fitting challenges.
Ensure products are installed securely and functioning correctly.
Operate tools and equipment responsibly (drill, level, screwdrivers, etc.).
Communicate professionally with clients and represent the company well.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace after completion of jobs.
Report job progress and any issues to management.
Perform adjustments, repairs, and refits when required.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols.
Job RequirementsMinimum Requirements (Strict):
Valid driver's licence is compulsory. No exceptions.
Previous experience in curtain and blinds installation is required.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience installing curtains, blinds, and related window decor products.
Ability to take accurate measurements.
Competency with basic tools and installation equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills for on-site adjustments.
Ability to read order forms, measurements, and technical instructions.
