Proven experience as an ISP installer, technician, or similar role Install and configure ISP equipment (routers, modems, antennas, cabling, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus) Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) Ability to install and terminate cables (fiber/coax/Ethernet preferred) Familiarity with routers, switches, and customer premises equipment Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Physically fit and able to climb ladders and work in various environments Strong communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license
