Job Description
RPO Recruitments client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Crushing GES in Hotazel, Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
- Investigate all incidents and accidents as per SOPs
- Execute maintenance work in accordance with maintenance management policy
- Ensure that root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) action plans are executed within assigned deadlines
- Assist subordinates with fault finding and technical analysis on machines
- Assist the maintenance manager to fill vacancies
- Review the performance of the engineering foremen on a monthly basis
- Manage workshop and plant discipline
- Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections on all equipment
- Provide technical assistance and direction to other functional groups in order to drive quality improvements and enhance the maintenance function
- Grade 12
- Engineering degree/diploma
- Fitter/Electrical Trade Test Certificate
- 5 years experience as Supervisor/Foreman in the Crushing and Screening industry
- 6 years experience in an open cast mining environment
- Salary: R720K/yr - R1.2Mil/yr, salary negotiable
