Job Description
RPO Recruitmentxe2x80x99s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Crushing GES in Northern Cape
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
- Investigate all incidents and accidents as per SOPs
- Execute maintenance work in accordance with maintenance management policy
- Ensure that root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) action plans are executed within assigned deadlines
- Assist subordinates with fault finding and technical analysis on machines
- Assist the maintenance manager to fill vacancies
- Review the performance of the engineering foremen on a monthly basis
- Manage workshop and plant discipline
- Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections on all equipment
- Provide technical assistance and direction to other functional groups in order to drive quality improvements and enhance the maintenance function
Grade 12
Engineering degree/diploma
Fitter/Electrical Trade Test Certificate
5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as Supervisor/Foreman in the Crushing and Screening industry
6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an open cast mining environment
