Job Description
RPO Recruitments client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Crusher Production Supervisor in Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
- Ensure incident and accident investigations are done within the framework of SOPs
- Monitor and Develop Safety Systems as per MHSA, COPs and SOPs
- Ensuring targets are achieved
- Oversee loading and hauling from the crushing pad
- Responsible to ensure that settings are correctly set for Jaw and Cone Crushers
- Supply the Crushing Manager with relevant information on machine breakdowns, services and machine performance
- Grade 12
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Supervisory qualification
- 7 years experience in a supervisory role
- 10 years' experience in a crushing environment
- Salary: R300K/yr - R780K/yr, salary negotiable
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Salary: negotiable.
