Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to10 yearsxe2x80x99 recent experience in same or similar role
- Qualification in a related field | BCom Degree and/or Progress Studies
- Skill set to include: Strong Organization and Communication | Team work | Risk Assessment
- Experience in managing and delivering key metrics with respect to PNL and GM transactions
- Ability to minimize foreign currency exposure | Responsible for Daily Crush PNL
- Provide Analytical Support | Proactive Initiative | Innovative ideas and solutions
- Strong external and internal Customer orientation
- Experience in Reconciliations and Audits
- Experience in Management within the agricultural industry beneficial
- Must have the ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Experience with ERP Systems beneficial
- Marketing and Logistic experience beneficial
- Minimum of 3 contactable references
