Duties and Responsibilities:
We're seeking a CRO Manager to own the critical bridge between traffic and conversion--developing high-performing offers and landing pages that turn visitors into customers.
You'll be a data-driven growth scientist who generates hypotheses about offer structures, runs lean tests, interprets results, and scales winners quickly. You'll be responsible for testing and scaling different offer types--from 2-product bundles to single-product offers to gift-with-purchase and beyond--always seeking the optimal balance of AOV, CAC, and LTV.
You must be AI-native: fluent in using Claude Projects, custom GPTs, and other LLM-powered workflows as your creative and copywriting partner. Initially, you'll leverage AI to accelerate research and content creation, with the goal of eventually hiring and managing an in-house copywriter to scale our content production.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll own the entire post-click experience. You'll work closely with our in-house designer and developer to rapidly build and test landing pages, collaborate with our Creative Strategist on ad-to-page congruence, and report directly to the CMO on strategy and results. The offer development, testing methodology, and conversion optimization will be yours to own.
