We're Hiring: CRM / Email Marketing Specialist



Hirsch's is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about customer journeys, automation, and performance-driven communication, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:



Plan, build, and manage email, SMS, and CRM campaigns Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows Segment audiences to deliver personalised and relevant communication Create engaging, on-brand email content Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimise accordingly Maintain CRM data hygiene and best practices Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:



Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field 2-4 years' experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing Experience with email/CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Netcore, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce) Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent attention to detail and copywriting ability Proficient in Canva Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator - advantageous) Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
