Requirements:

A Relevant Tertiary Qualification
5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
Strong understanding of the marketing mix and where direct marketing fits within this

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
Ensuring the CRM platform works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
Working closely with all departments to ensure that CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Developing testing strategies (A/B testing) for all aspects of CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
Devising direct marketing campaigns in line with the organisationxe2x80x99s marketing strategy and business objectives
Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
