The Role: Court Monitor / Crew Member

We are seeking reliable individuals to join us as

Court Monitors / Crew Members

. Your primary focus will be upholding our

customer service across the play maze and public areas. This role is perfect for someone looking for active, engaging, and meaningful holiday work.

Your Core Responsibilities Include:

Safety First:

Actively monitor the play maze, slides, and zipline areas to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors.

Respect Rules:

Clearly enforce park rules and provide friendly guidance to guests.

Fun is Key:

Engage proactively with children and families to create positive and memorable experiences.

Team Collaboration:

Assist with group activities, events, and parties, collaborating with the team to maintain high park standards.

Park Operations:

Support the team with daily opening and closing duties, ensuring the park is spotless and ready for guests (

Stay Clean

), and assisting the restaurant/cafe area as needed.

Essential Requirements (Required Qualifications)

To be considered for this exciting temporary role, you must meet the following criteria:

Age:

Over

18 years of age

.

Legal Status:

Valid South African ID or work permit.

Education:

Matric certificate.

Communication:

Fluent in English.

Availability:

Must be available to work

weekends

and

public holidays

(essential for the holiday season).

Fitness:

Physically fit and able to perform active tasks, including climbing, supervising high slides, and traversing the maze structure.

Integrity:

Must pass a company criminal record check (Clear criminal record required).
Desired Skills (Advantageous)

Candidates with the following experience or certifications will have a distinct advantage:

Early Childhood Development (ECD) training or practical experience. Basic First Aid certification. Experience in hospitality or restaurant support.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tokai, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
