My client based in Centurion is looking for a Creditors Manager to manage a team of 3. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable cycle through the management of the creditor's team.
Salary: R30,000 - R40,000 per month.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate processing and verification of supplier invoices by the validations team Ensure all successful verified creditor codes have been loaded into the bank timeously to avoid any payment delays Train and coach creditors' clerks to ensure all processes are correctly followed, address any areas where a process has not been followed immediately. Review service provider reconciliations for correctness. been managed correctly and that all issues are resolved. Coach team members as required.

Criteria:
Creditors management experience Banking systems experience Excellent communication skills Excel, including macros, lookups, and pivot tables Ability to compile reports including PowerPoint Effective use of company dashboards Clear Criminal Record and ITC Checks required Previous experience reporting into senior management
