Job Description
Our client in Kloof is looking for a proactive Creditors Clerk to assist on a half-day, fixed-term contract for two months.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform creditors reconciliations accurately and timeously
- Process and maintain filing of all creditors-related documentation
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Proven experience in a Creditors Clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Immediate availability for a 2-month contract
