Creditors Clerk Pastel Killarney Gardens R12,500 per month

Small company in Killarney Gardens have a Full-time, In-house position available for an experienced Pastel Creditors Clerk / General Admin assistant.

Non-smoker

Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Remuneration: R12,500 per month

The successful applicant needs to be motivated, reliable and have excellent time-management and organisational skills.

Proficiency in PASTEL, Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Outlook is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Full creditors function:

Sourcing of quotes

Handling of delivery notes

Matching and processing of supplier invoices on Pastel

Loading supplier credit notes on Pastel

Accurately reconciling supplier invoices against statements

Assist with and resolve creditor queries

Filing of supplier invoices and supporting documents

Creating and maintaining supplier profiles on Pastel

Following up and filing of emails (Outlook)

Managing existing electronic filing system

Monitoring and managing stock and assisting with stock takes

Stock control

Handling credit card transactions

Assist with monitoring of petrol slips

Assisting with adhoc administration and office related tasks

Requirements / Skills:

Pastel Partner Minimum of 3 years Pastel experience;

Minimum of 3 years Creditors experience

Valid SA drivers licence with own transport;

Fully computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel

Bilingual English (First Language) and Afrikaans;

Characteristics:
