Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Creditors / Accounts Payable role
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience working on accounting software (Pastel, Sage, Xero or similar)
• Strong understanding of creditors reconciliations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong administrative skills

Key responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timeously
• Perform monthly creditors reconciliations
• Prepare payment schedules
• Ensure supplier statements are accurate and up to date
• Resolve supplier queries efficiently
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping
• Assist with month-end processes
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Remuneration:

• R16 000 Basic
