Position: Creditors Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk x 2 (2 positions)

Location: Midrand - Gauteng
Salary: Market Related Salary - Between R22, 000 R25, 000 depending on proven experience level
Start date: As soon as possible
Additional information:
- At least 7-10 years and up experience as a Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Must be extremely well spoken in English.
- Preferably non-smoker.
- Must have drivers license and own transport.
- Clear Criminal record necessary.
- The contract will have a 3-month probationary period.
- Would be better if the person stays either in Midrand or direct surrounding areas to avoid transport issues or far distances to travel to work.
- Work address: Halfway Gardens, Midrand
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 (1hour lunch break) Have to be at work at least 15min before official start time every day.
- Proven work experience as a Creditors Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk within a medium to large entity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and balancing of accounts.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software Sage Evolution.
- Proficient in English and in MS Excel.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and deadline driven.
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Finance/Accounts Department.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures as well as reconciliations.
