Job Summary
Creditors Administrator
Location: Western Cape, City of Cape Town, Rondebosch
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (6-month contract)
Primary Industry: Property and Real-estate
Secondary Industry: Accounting
Salary: ZAR18000 - ZAR20000 per month
Job Duties:
- Processing and reconciling invoices from creditors
- Managing supplier accounts and payments
- Resolving any discrepancies in billing and payments
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Assisting with month-end closing activities related to creditors
- Proven experience in creditors administration or a similar role (particularly within Property Management will be beneficial)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practises
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and accounting softwares, namely MRI and/or NDA (MRI will be advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Grade 12
- Relevant certificate / qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creditors administration
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
- This is a temporary position based in Rondebosch (6-month contract)
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
