A leading luxury travel and hospitality group is seeking a detail-driven Creditors Administrator to join their dynamic Finance Team. Based in Sandton, this role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records, managing creditor reconciliations, and supporting group-wide financial operations across multiple locations.
Description
As a Creditors Administrator, you will play a key role in managing all creditor-related activities. You will handle reconciliations, document processing, and payments, while maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has sound accounting knowledge, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to work within a high-performance, values-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing 30-day and month-end creditors and reconciliations
• Preparing and loading supplier payments
• Investigating and resolving creditor account queries
• Completing open item matching and GL reallocations
• Reconciling cashbooks and supplier accounts
• Maintaining accurate records and verifying supplier details in PAN
• Supporting audits and ensuring statutory compliance
• Assisting with weekly cash flow forecasting
• Collaborating with finance teams in Cape Town and Warehouse units

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
• 35 years experience in a similar Creditors/Finance Admin role
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced Excel skills essential
• Familiarity with inventory environments and PANStrat system advantageous
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
