Job Summary WE'RE HIRING: CREDIT CONTROLLER Location: Johannesburg North A leading hospitality and travel group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join their finance team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Accurate allocation of payments received across various channels o Actively collect payments in line with payment terms o Assist consultants and related parties with Tourplan queries o Review Debtors Age Analysis fortnightly and provide detailed feedback o Attend monthly debtors review meetings with reservations managers o Send invoices, account statements, and payment reminders to agents o Escalate and resolve queries in line with internal processes o Conduct monthly debtors reviews with Sales and DMC Managers and Directors o Review unallocated cash weekly o Debtors and weekly bank reconciliations o Month-end processes o Ad hoc finance duties as required KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE o Strong Excel skills o Sound understanding of general accounting principles o Experience preparing debtors reconciliations and resolving queries o Experience in a debtor's department within the hospitality industry (advantageous) o Knowledge of Tourplan (advantageous) SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES o High attention to detail o Determination and patience o Excellent time management and communication skills o Strong organisational and filing skills o Team player
