Credit Controller
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Full Time
Woodstock, Cape Town
R22 000 per month + amazing bonus structure (based on targets!)
Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team and help ensure timely payments, accurate accounts, and excellent customer service. Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner, and we are hiring a Credit Controller. ? About the Role
In this role, you will:
Ensure timely and effective collection of all outstanding debts
Maintain contact with clients to ensure invoices are ready for payment
Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
Meet cash and debtor targets set by the business
Liaise closely with other departments to resolve any credit issues
Handle disputed invoices and negotiate solutions
Undertake account reconciliations
Provide updated statements and maintain accurate records
This is a dynamic role where strong communication and attention to detail make a real difference.
? What You'll Bring

Minimum of 1 year Credit Control experience
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent attention to detail
High level of experience with Microsoft Excel
Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
