Reporting to the Financial Manager, the Credit Clerk will be responsible for managing the credit control function, including processing customer credit applications, monitoring outstanding accounts, following up on overdue payments, reconciling debtor accounts, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves resolving customer queries, preparing monthly aging reports, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in a credit clerk position
- Experience with Sage Evolution
