A trusted and well established client of ours in The Middle East is seeking an experienced Creativity Manager to join their well established and fast growing business. The Creativity Manager is responsible for managing the creative aspects of event and exhibition management, overseeing the design, technical proposal, film production, branding, content writing, and storytelling. This role requires someone with exceptional creative skills who can develop and implement innovative ideas that engage and inspire audiences. The Creativity Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create and execute events that meet the client's needs while also achieving their creative goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing creative concepts that are aligned with client objectives and event/exhibition goals.

2. Managing the overall design process, including graphic design, set design, and multimedia production.

3. Developing concepts for events and exhibitions, creating action plans to bring them to life, and leading teams to execute these plans.

4. Leading brainstorming sessions and collaborating with internal and external teams to develop new ideas for events and exhibitions.

5. Developing branding strategies, creating content, and storytelling to ensure that all promotional materials and content are consistent with the company's or clientxe2x80x99s brand vision and values.

6. Managing the technical aspects of events and exhibitions, including AV equipment, lighting, and sound.

7. Overseeing the branding and marketing activities associated with events and exhibitions, including social media, email marketing, and PR.

8. Leading the design and production of films, animations, and other multimedia content to enhance the viewer experience.

9. Managing budgets and timelines to ensure events and exhibitions are delivered on time and within budget.

10. Collaborating with teams to identify problems, brainstorm solutions, and implement effective strategies that help to deliver superior outcomes for clients and attendees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Performing Arts, or relevant major * Proven experience in developing creative concepts, technical proposals and content writing, and must have a strong background in event and exhibition management, film production, and excellent in project management skills.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio etc.)
