The Role





As

Project / Operations Manager

, you'll be the heartbeat of coordination between our South African creative team and the broader Atlanta-based Dobbino operation. You'll ensure smooth workflow across teams, manage resources and timelines, and uphold the highest operational standards to deliver outstanding creative work--fast, efficiently, and collaboratively.



This mid-level role requires an agile multitasker who thrives under pressure, loves orchestrating people and projects, and understands the nuances of working across global teams and time zones.


Responsibilities




Manage and oversee the South African Dobbino team (2x Senior Creatives, 1x Editor, 1x Animator, 1x Digital Designer). Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities between SA and Atlanta-based stakeholders. Maintain clear communication across teams--bridging time zones, languages, and work styles. Track and report project progress, resource allocation, and deadlines. Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges. Collaborate closely with the Atlanta Operations and Client Directors to ensure all projects run on time and on brief. Champion process efficiency, operational excellence, and team morale. Support the onboarding, scheduling, and workload management of team members. Facilitate smooth delivery of creative assets through established systems and workflows. Foster a positive, performance-oriented remote team culture.


Requirements




4-7 years' experience in project or operations management, preferably within an agency or creative production environment. Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously across distributed teams. Strong organizational, time management, and people management skills. Excellent communicator--clear, diplomatic, and responsive. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to evolving priorities. Experience with project management tools (e.g. Workfront (ideally), Monday.com, Asana, or similar). Familiarity with creative workflows (concepting, design, production, post-production). Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-focused. Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.

Bonus:




Experience working with international teams (particularly US-based). * Agency experience in social-first or digital content production.
