What we are looking for: We are on the hunt for an innovative Creative Lead to join our incredible team.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute innovative and effective creative strategies for clients that align with their business objectives and market trends
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of 20 creative professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity
- Oversee the conceptualisation, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure that all creative output meets the highest standards of quality, aligns with brand guidelines and drives results for clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing creative concepts and strategies
- Minimum of 7 years of agency experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Art Director Role, 2 of which should be as a senior Art Director
- Experience in managing/mentoring a creative team and driving a creative agenda would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, graphic design, print, motion graphics, branding, UX design and Adobe suite
