What the job involves..
Leading creative direction across all aspects of the brand
Developing new product concepts in collaboration with the team
Overseeing packaging design and brand evolution
Driving the look and feel of global campaigns - from TV to social
Working closely with a small, senior team to shape overall brand strategy
Being hands-on with copy and visuals when needed
Creating work that communicates innovation, clarity and warmth
Bringing a low-ego, high-integrity mindset to everything you do
What you need to be considered..
10+ years' experience in creative leadership, ideally at CD level
A strong strategic thinker with a distinctive creative voice
Ability to execute across a broad range of media
Exceptional conceptual, copy and visual skills
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
A sense of humour and curiosity is non-negotiable
Experience in global brand development is a bonus
No egos, just clear-headed, original thinking
