What we are looking for: We are on he hunt a Creative Director to join our incredible team.

What you will do:

• Lead the ideation and conceptualisation of creative campaigns, brand messaging and communication strategies that effectively meet client goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy and production, to integrate creative concepts into overall marketing strategies
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, art directors,and other creative professionals to foster their growth and development
• Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, participating in meetings, presentations and discussions to understand client needs and provide updates on creative initiatives
• Collaborate with the new business development team to participate in pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the agency's creative capabilities
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the creative team, encouraging the exploration of new techniques and approaches

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a large/integrated Advertising Agency
• Previous experience in fashion retail is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative professionals
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilise resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines and stay within scope
• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools
