Our client, a forward-thinking PR and communications agency, is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and shape their creative output. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker and brand storyteller who thrives on crafting bold, disruptive campaigns that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Innovation
Lead the creative vision across the agencys client portfolio, ensuring work is strategically aligned and commercially impactful.
Develop original concepts that challenge category conventions and generate real business value.
Stay on the pulse of industry developments and creatively apply emerging tools, platforms, and trends.
Guide clients through idea generation and campaign development processes, unlocking new opportunities for brand growth.
Business Development & Growth
Contribute to new business efforts by leading pitches and presenting cutting-edge creative thinking.
Build lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering standout work and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships.
Drive agency reputation as a creative powerhouse known for innovation and results.
Explore new service offerings and potential partnerships to support agency expansion.
Creative Output & Campaign Leadership
Oversee high-quality delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential and traditional platforms.
Collaborate with strategists, designers, and content producers to ensure conceptual integrity and executional excellence.
Maintain the highest standards in both creative quality and effectiveness, championing data-driven creativity.
Team Leadership & Culture
Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team, cultivating an environment where brave, original ideas thrive.
Mentor junior and mid-level creatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Encourage proactive thinking and experimentation across the team, embedding a growth mindset and appetite for innovation.
Candidate Requirements
Education
A degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Media, or a related field.
Experience
810 years of creative leadership experience within a dynamic agency or creative-led business. * Proven ability to win and grow client accounts through visionary, strategic thinking.
Demonstrated success in building and leading diverse creative teams and delivering award-winning, omnichannel campaigns.
Strong grasp of digital platforms, content trends, and integrated campaign strategy.
Confident in front of clients, with excellent relationship-building and storytelling skills.
