Working hours:
Mon - Fri 06:30 - 07:30 and again from Mon -Thurs 14:00 - 18:30 and Fri 13:00 - 17:30.
Note:
The family will require the candidate to sleep over at least twice a month for max 2 nights when the father travels for work. There will also be international travel that may require a few more night a few times a year. Additional hours will be paid at overtime
Duties:
School drop off, collect from school in the afternoons, taking to extra murals and appointments, assisting and facilitating homework, assisting with school projects and running errands for school supplies etc. Occasional grocery shopping, keeping track of children's schedules. Sleeping over when the father travels.
Requirements:
Female 23 - 30 years old. Mature, non-smokers, reliable, organised. Willing to stay over when the father travels
Start date:
26 January 2026 - Permanent role
Salary:
R12000 - R14000 per month (gross, before deductions) plus SARS Rates (R4.76) per km (salary Dependent on experience and qualification)
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
