Counter Sales Diesel Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling product enquiries, specifications, quotations, and order processing.
- Provide expert advice on Diesel automotive components to support customer needs and boost sales.
- Manage order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate product inventory and update records regularly.
- Assist customers professionally, addressing queries and offering fast solutions.
- Keep the customer service area clean and welcoming during downtime.
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- 3-5 yearsa?? experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Diesel parts sales or support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
