Job Description
Job Summary Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: o BSc / BA in Accounting / BTech, Finance or similar field o Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CGMA) will be preferred o Registration with CASA Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: o Proven experience as management accountant, accounting supervisor or similar role o 5 - 7 years in similar role at a mine operation o Basic and advanced Management accounting accounting principles and practices o Cost accounting and reporting o Risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting o Financial software and MS Office (CAM/JDE) o Analytical mind with aptitude in math o Excellent communication and presentation skills o Organizational and leadership skills o A problem-solver with attention to detail o Advanced Excel skills.
