Job Summary Duties:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, initiating meaningful conversations that convert.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and inbound requests.
Maintain a dynamic pipeline of prospects across industries and business sizes.
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth:
Pitch tailored offerings to corporate decision-makers, creating compelling proposals that align with business needs.
Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agents, relocation consultants, HR departments of multinationals, diplomatic missions, and educational institutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to closing.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate clients, providing exceptional service post-sale.
Nurture client accounts to drive retention, upsells, and long-term loyalty.
Maintain detailed records and communications using CRM tools.
Reporting & Strategy:
Track key sales metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine messaging and improve the buyer journey.
Coordinate with the operations, guest experience, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfilment of corporate clients.
Stay on top of competitor activity, market trends, and pricing benchmarks.
Requirements:
High school diploma
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of proven B2B and B2c sales experience.
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or business travel
A strong track record of closing corporate deals and consistently hitting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with corporate procurement processes and key decision-makers across industries.
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance.
B2B sales professional who knows how to open doors, ask the right questions, and close
Confident in engaging HR managers, executive assistants, and procurement teams across various sectors.
Motivated by targets and skilled at managing complex deal cycles without dropping the ball. Passionate about hospitality and understand how to position premium experiences as a business asset.
