Aligning/integrating Discovery service offering along with clients' business strategy by:
Understanding corporate clients and intermediaries strategic objectives
Providing ongoing support and information to their key clients
Identifying opportunities and providing a value added service
Recognizing and managing potential risk
Setting annual initiatives
Competitive benchmarking
Needs analysis
Implementing and managing effective initiatives
Market and manage 'value' proposition by:
Managing and retaining portfolio
Relationship building
Regular meetings with client
Liaising with dedicated broker
Extensive networking
Improving process efficiencies, TAT and communications between clients and Discovery
Recognizing and managing risk and potential threats, providing solutions
In-depth understanding of clients' industry, trends and environment
Understanding the impact of the industry changes etc to their clients
Account to continue growing
Ensuring smooth billing process
Identifying areas for improvement
Training employers and members through presentations, one on one sessions
Analysis:
Reporting, trending and providing recommendations through appropriate channels
Analyzing customer data base - identifying potential risk, trends and opportunities
Implementing company survey - interpreting findings and making recommendations
Providing Monthly and quarterly client reports
Monitoring and analyzing performance of each corporate account
Client retention through the delivery of identified key outputs

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Knowledge of legislation, industry and Discovery Products
Fully computer literate
Matric
Valid code 08 driver's license and reliable vehicle
Advantageous:
Client servicing / Key Account Management experience
Relevant Business Diploma/Degree
At least 12 months experience in Discovery Servicing
Bilingual
