- Detailed financial modelling
- Preparation and analysis of company business plans and investment memorandums
- Drafting of various reports including business analysis and valuations
- Supporting senior members of the team throughout transactions
- Client presentations and engagement
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honours / CTA
- CA(SA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Strong academic record is a MUST!
- Newly Qualified CA(SA)
- Familiarity with financial markets, particularly African venture capital, private equity and unlisted credit.
- Microsoft Excel ability
- Demonstrable analytical and accounting skills
- Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Self-starter motivated to do well in the business world and tenacity for working in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
