Job & Company Description:The firm is a black owned and managed investment, transaction advisory and fund management firm founded close to 20 years ago. The teamxe2x80x99s services include offering corporate finance advisory to designated clients on Listings, Rights Matters, Balance sheet restructuring, Capital raising, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, BEE, M&A deals and JSE equity sponsor services. The ideal candidate will assist with developing and growing the firmxe2x80x99s corporate finance advisory offering.Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Chartered

or other related financial or technical qualification * 1-2 Years+ experience in corporate finance or private equity

• Experience in valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence
• Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
• Strong academics
