Job Description
One of our clients in the fund management space is looking for an Associate to join their team.
Job & Company Description:
- Performing financial and valuation analysis
- Conducting and coordinating due diligence in connection with potential investments
- Assisting in the preparation of all documents required to complete transactions, including, where appropriate, legal and financing documents
- Assisting in structuring and negotiating transactions, where appropriate
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience with the relevant qualification
- Good interpersonal judgement and skills
- Willingness to travel
