We are looking for a Corporate Chef/Restaurant Manager to join an energetic team in Sandton.Requirements:

Own transport required
Experience in Health and Safety and management
Must know all the ins and outs of starting and running a restaurant
Must be very diverse and knowledgeable about traditional foods from around the world
Hard-working and loyal
Must have sober habits
Very honest
This will be a full-time position: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00
3-month probation period
A fine dining experience is essential
Corporate and professional environment
Discreet and confidential (VIP guests)
French-speaking is a benefit
