Woodhill, Pretoria East: AU PAIR & PERSONAL ASSISTANT (TEMP)
Duration: 3 months temporary position only from 1 February 2026
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable Afrikaans speaking individual (preferably aged approximately 22 – 35 years)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Matric / Grade 12 with good marks (Copy of Matric Certificate required)
-Valid driver’s license a must (vehicle provided)
-Minimum 1 year recent experience as an Au Pair, specifically including Tutoring / Teaching experience essential
-Able to work under pressure
-Excellent planning and administration skills
-Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook (Full proficiency)
-Excellent skills to summarise for examinations
-Flexible and willing to work overtime when required (as per agreement)
-Non smoker / non vaper
-Contactable employment references from non-family orientated employers
-To start 1 February 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 12h00am / 13h00pm – 17h00pm (Starting time slightly negotiable)
Duties:
-Full au pair and tutoring duties for 2 boys aged 9 and 11 years (Grade 4 and Grade 6) residing in Woodhill Golf Estate
-Pick up children from school in Constantiapark
-Supervising children, driving children to school or activities, and performing light housework related to children
-Manage school teams and D6 applications
-Assist with exam preparation
-Supervising domestic worker and assist with planning lunch
-Organize and schedule appointments, and prevent sport conflicts.
-Assist parents of children with personal day-to-day tasks.
-Manage more than 10 school WhatsApp groups
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience (Market related)
