About the Position
SARS is looking for an individual with strong work ethics and commitment to excellence to join the team as Coordinator: Vetting, Screening and Conflict of Interest. The candidate should be skilled in risk management and analysis, administrative support, and customer care. The responsibilities include amongst others providing administrative support, communicating with clients and stakeholders, capturing fingerprints, processing screening requests and writing screening reports. Planning skills, adaptability, attention to details, proactive problem-solving, and proficiency in the use of computers are essential. This role offers the chance to foster trust, accountability, and continuous improvement at SARS.
Job Purpose
To be responsible for coordinating the activities of vetting, screening and conflict of interest functions, in order to optimise compliance to SARS moral and ethical standards through the identification and mitigation of people risks, investigation of non-compliance and execution of the pre-employment screening function in SARS.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Relevant Higher Certificate (NQF 5) Social Science, Administration, Risk Management and Analysis, Legal or similar AND 2 years' experience in Administration support, Customer service and Vetting and Screening.

Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 3 years' Administration support, Customer service and Vetting and Screening.
