Requirements



Relevant Engineering Qualification (BSC Electrical

Engineering or BTECH in Electrical Engineering.



Code EB driving license. MS Office / SAP A minimum of 8 years Considerable management experience

in the Electrical Engineering field



Key Performance Areas



Identifies and defines the immediate, short- and long-term

objectives/ plans associated with Mast and Poles



Keeping abreast with technological developments in the

rehabilitation and maintenance of Mast and Poles electrical



networks



Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization,

productivity and performance of personnel within Mast



and Poles



Defining/ adjusting the key performance indicators, job design

and role boundaries of personnel against service delivery



requirements



Prepares capital and operating budget proposals, motivates

and controls expenditure against the approved budget



allocations



Directs and controls the professional, technical and operational

outcomes associated with the functions related to the district



Disseminates functional and operational information on the

immediate, short- and long-term objectives and current



developments, problems and constraints



Implementing sequences associated with establishing databases

reflective of all capital, rehabilitation and special maintenance



projects to be undertaken in the districts
